HOTEL HIŠA LINHART
Rooms above a Michelin-starred restaurant, in the heart of Radovljica's old town
BOOK A ROOMThe late Gothic Hiša Linhart stands in the medieval centre of Radovljica. The house is adorned with stone Gothic portals and late Gothic ribbed vaults. Wooden Renaissance ceilings survive in the old granary, 19th-century paintings on the ground floor, and two 17th-century frescoes on the façade. After a complete renovation, it welcomed its first guests in spring 2017.
Breakfast in the morning, and dishes of new Slovenian cuisine by Michelin-starred chef Uroš Štefelin at lunch and dinner. The house has many corners, so we can also serve you in a private dining room.
The house is named after Radovljica's best-known citizen (1756 to 1795), the first Slovenian playwright and founder of Slovenian historiography. You can learn about his life at the permanent exhibition in the Radovljica Town Museum.
