A CONNECTING BUSINESS MODEL
Knowledge that keeps communities alive: for restaurateurs, destinations and the food industry
At Vila Podvin and Hiša Linhart we developed a connecting business model. The restaurant is its centre, linking producers, schools, artists, fellow restaurateurs and the town. When we help each other, we do not fail; we grow together and keep our identity. The model works, so we want to pass it on.

For inns, restaurants and hotels
In three days we recognise your story, renew your menu and develop dishes of your identity.

For destinations and local communities
We connect restaurateurs, farmers, craftspeople and schools into a shared offer of the place, following the model of Taste Radol'ca.

For the food industry and retailers
We develop products from Slovenian tradition and local ingredients that link the producer with farmers and customers.
The offer starts with local ingredients. We pay producers fairly, plan sowing with them and develop products together.
Our colleagues are locals who grow into independent professionals. We mentor students and employ people with special needs.
Artists, craftspeople, festivals and old recipes are part of the offer. The house becomes the shop window of its town.
Colleagues are not competitors. In Taste Radol'ca we plan events together and bring guests to the town.
