We buy less and use everything. We plan sowing with farmers, suppliers deliver without packaging, plates are second-hand and torn tablecloths become cloths.
Our colleagues are locals who grow into independent professionals. We grant scholarships to students and employ people with special needs.
We give priority to local suppliers. Your visit stays with the people you meet at our table instead of going to global chains.
Artists, craftspeople and fellow restaurateurs are part of our story. With Taste Radol'ca we have shown that connected we grow faster.
A honey tasting before dinner, a gift from our partners for every participant (for example Radolška čokolada pralines), an overnight stay in our rooms, and arrival by train with a walk through Radol'ca. Group size by arrangement: larger groups are hosted together with our Taste Radol'ca partners. We tailor every programme to your wishes.
