Chef Uroš Štefelin and Marcela Klofutar welcome you at a shared table. Over an aperitif and seasonal bites, you will learn about the philosophy of Hiša Linhart and the stories of the local suppliers and artists we work with. Together we then prepare a simple dish from local ingredients that were once the basis of everyday life in Slovenia. The chef shows you how to refine it with modern techniques in your own kitchen.
